What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop your management and crew team

• Drive great customer experiences

• Manage scheduling, payroll, and daily operations

• Maintain food safety and quality standards

• Control inventory and restaurant profitability

• Coach and motivate your team to succeed

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of leadership experience (restaurant preferred)

• Strong communication and team leadership skills

• Ability to work a 50-hour schedule across dayparts

• Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within market if needed
