What You’ll Be Doing

• Training, monitoring, and reinforcing all food safety procedures

• Ensuring company and health regulations are followed at all times while maintaining a safe, secure, and clean working environment

• Overseeing crew tasks to maintain quality, speed, and cleanliness

• Supporting overall “Service Excellence” and “Customer Courtesy” standards

• Assigning and monitoring tasks for maximum team productivity

• Assisting in training and cross-training crew members

• Protecting company cash, property, products, and equipment

💪 What You Bring

• Strong communication skills + ability to multi-task

• Ability to take direction and work as part of a team

• Basic math skills

• Able to stand 8-hour shifts and lift 20–50 lbs

• Comfortable with repetitive standing, bending, and stooping

• Willing to work 40 hours/week, including nights, weekends, and some holidays

• An upbeat, engaging personality and a genuine desire to serve guests
