🔥 What You’ll Be Doing

Training, monitoring, and reinforcing all food safety procedures

Ensuring company and health regulations are followed at all times

Overseeing crew tasks to maintain quality, speed, and cleanliness

Supporting overall “Service Excellence” and “Customer Courtesy” standards

Executing cost-control systems to keep the store running efficiently

Assigning and monitoring tasks for maximum team productivity

Assisting in training and cross-training crew members

Teaching new products and procedures as needed

Protecting company cash, property, products, and equipment

Maintaining a safe, secure, and clean working environment

💪 What You Bring

Ability to arrive on time and ready to work

Strong communication skills + ability to multi-task

Ability to take direction and work as part of a team

Basic math skills

Able to stand 8-hour shifts and lift 20–50 lbs

Comfortable with repetitive standing, bending, and stooping

18+ years old

Willing to work 40 hours/week, including nights, weekends, and some holidays

An upbeat, engaging personality and a genuine desire to serve guests
