🔥 What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations

Leading the restaurant when the GM is away

Solving guest concerns quickly—and always with a smile

Coaching team members with positive, constructive feedback

Communicating openly with the management team

Enforcing company standards and operating procedures

Maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction

Showing up on time and ready to lead

Taking direction and collaborating with the team

Using basic math (no calculus, promise!)

Standing for an 8-hour shift and lifting up to 50 lbs

Handling repetitive movement like standing, bending, and stooping

💪 What You Bring

Minimum 2 years experience in QSR or fast-casual management

A proven track record of leading, managing, and motivating teams

Reliable transportation

Willingness to work a 48-hour week (including nights, weekends, some holidays)

Strong communication and multitasking skills

A great personality, genuine desire to serve guests, and an upbeat, engaging attitude
